Origami Catering is a Portland based company focused on providing a sustainable grab and go sushi + perishables service to the Pacific Northwest. We are a small business dedicated to offering more value to a local audience. Origami Catering produces an exceptional line of Asian inspired perishables that are made fresh daily, healthy, and with many gluten free and All Natural options. Origami Catering is a full service perishables manufacturer and distributor, and we are grateful to be a part of Portland’s fresh food community.

Trained by Shiro Kashiba (the Godfather of Sushi in Seattle), owner and founder, Casey Bonsi, is two degrees away from one of the best sushi chefs in the world–Jiro Ono of Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Trained by the most respected lineage of authentic Japanese cuisine, Bonsi has traditional training as well as insight into the growing world of sushi. His travels to Japan, Korea, Hawaii and Singapore give him ongoing inspiration for his craft. Bonsi, a native Oregonian, is Portland’s perfect combination of understanding the tradition of Japanese cuisine and understanding the Pacific Northwest palette.
