Shift for the Morning Management position are from 4:00AM until 12:30PM.

Requirements and What You Will Do

Job Requirements:

  • Kitchen Tasks – Food prep, cut and tray sushi, calculate & calibrate all scales.
  • Food Safety – Ensure freezers are in proper working order, ice bath thermometers in freezers, follow HAACP and GMP’s
  • Computer Tasks – Open email from customers & update orders, update excel for next day and print invoices for drivers, print labels for day, driver packing lists for day – coordinate with all drivers, manage SOP, CCP, SSOP, GMP
  • Employee Management – Train new & current employees on all kitchen and food safety tasks, address concerns/discipline, schedule changes-communicate to HR Manager
